Role Summary:
As a Performance Office Manager, you will play a central role in designing and implementing our transformation. Your responsibilities include defining and improving methods, processes, and tools, as well as training, coaching, and consulting our organization in their implementation. You will support agile strategy implementation, cross-functional alignment, and governance to achieve strategic goals. You will work closely with MANN+HUMMEL's leaders to drive change.
Your Responsibilities:
- Define standards and develop (agile) project management methods, processes, templates, and tools for non-customer projects, especially strategy implementation.
- Create target group-specific learning materials and conduct workshops and training sessions.
- Support business units, operations, and corporate functions in developing, planning, and executing strategic initiatives.
- Assist departments in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, including target setting and progress reporting.
- Identify project dependencies and overlaps to bundle synergies and resolve conflicts.
- Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness, considering key stakeholders.
- Develop actions to maximize employee adoption and manage resistance.
- Support targeted change communication.
Your Profile:
- Education: Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or similar; coaching qualification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum five years in relevant roles.
- Expertise: Proven experience in project management, agile frameworks (especially OKRs), change support, and workshop moderation. Strong knowledge of project and process management and strategy processes.
- Languages: Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
- Personality: Analytical, conceptual, pragmatic, solution-oriented, quick learner, creative, determined, assertive, team player, flexible, communicative, and able to present at all levels.
- Work Style: Independent with decision-making scope.
