Sales Operations Project Manager

Reporting to the EMEA Sales Operations Manager, this role focuses on the timely and successful implementation of new complex customer and company engagements. The individual will advise the strategic sales teams on aligning systemic capabilities with customer and internal needs, lead process definition, project planning, and support the development of new capabilities to meet emerging requirements. This role is crucial in driving Arrow towards its long-term market-share objectives.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage & execute complex projects related to special assignments, customer-specific initiatives, acquisitions, mergers, change management, and organizational changes.
  • Oversee processing of sales orders, including receipt, booking, tracking, delivery, billing, and backlog activities. Manage customer retention strategies and return materials authorization (RMA) processes.
  • Resolve escalated operational issues, including vendor concerns, contract reviews, and new programs.
  • Design and create new processes for special services and programs; manage market research for non-standard pricing to ensure profitability.
  • Manage personnel development, hiring, training, and monitor staff performance.
  • Oversee customer quotes activities aligned with customer strategies and order management for efficiency.
