Position Overview

For our Transformation division, we are seeking a Consultant Digital Process Excellence (w/m/d) to start as soon as possible.

What You Can Expect

1. Financial Processes – As a consultant for digital financial processes, you will be the first point of contact for the Controlling and Accounting management regarding Process Mining, digitalization, optimization, and automation of financial processes. You will also explore which customer processes are suitable for comprehensive outsourcing and how future collaboration models could look.
2. Future Vision – Besides project work, your responsibilities include advancing our consulting approaches and services, with a focus on digital financial processes.
3. Variety – Our broad client portfolio and projects both domestically and internationally offer excellent development opportunities with challenging and diverse tasks.
4. Responsibility – You will work within highly motivated teams and take on responsibilities aligned with your experience and qualifications.
5. Networking – You will maintain and expand contacts with clients and contribute your professional and personal strengths to consulting projects.

What You Bring

• Degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable field with excellent results.
• Passion for Process Mining, financial process optimization, and holistic organizational consulting for finance departments.
• Practical experience in transforming financial processes within Accounting and/or Controlling. Experience with Process Mining tools (Celonis, SAP BPI/Signavio, PAFnow) and SAP environments (FI, SD, MM) is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and in a hybrid setup of remote work and travel.
• Fluent communication and confident presentation skills in both German and English.
