How does your working day look like ...

• You’ll manage the team and support your colleagues’ development, all in collaboration with the Head Chef.
• You are a competent and open-minded contact and sparring partner for our Head Chef.
• You’ll support your colleagues with a winning smile whenever, once again, all the guests order at the same time.
• On top of this, you’ll also keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan, and make sure that every dish tastes as magnificent as it looks.

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

• You’ve gained first experience of management in a kitchen.
• You can speak German and English fluently.
• On top of this, you can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests.
• You’re passionate about live cooking and international cuisine, and are renowned for your organisational skills in the kitchen.
• You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it.

• Only work 4-days a week as a full-time team member without payment or holiday reduction.
