PR and Communications Specialist (m/f/x) - Berlin

Tomorrow Biostasis is the leading biotech startup dedicated to translational and applied research in Biostasis (also known as Cryonics). We are building the first professional and scalable organization in the Biostasis / cryopreservation space, with a strong focus on science and medical quality.

Tasks

Our PR and Marketing strategy is largely based on content marketing and relationship with stakeholders. We are building an industry from scratch and therefore there is a strong need for educational efforts to a broader audience. In summary your tasks will involve:

• Strategize: Develop and refine innovative PR strategies that position Tomorrow Biostasis as the pioneer in a groundbreaking field.
• Execute: Be an execution powerhouse, taking ownership of initiatives from ideation to completion.
• Connect: Research and identify the best platforms for our target audiences, and lead outreach efforts.
• Analyze: Continuously test and validate PR ideas, measuring their effectiveness and iterating as needed.
• Educate: Drive educational efforts to raise awareness and understanding of Biostasis among a broader audience.
• Content Creation: Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content for various platforms, including social media.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing and promoting events to amplify our message and reach.
• Data-Driven Marketing: Analyze marketing data, generate insights, and create reports to inform future strategies.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in PR, communications, or related fields.

• Persuasive Communicator: You know how to craft messages that resonate and build connections that matter.
• Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to write clear, compelling, and effective content.
• Excellent English Skills: Excellent English writing and speaking skills are a must. (Other languages like Spanish, Italian, French, German are a big plus!)
• Early-Stage Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with high-innovation, early-stage companies is a plus.
• Willingness to Relocate: Willingness to relocate to Berlin, Germany or being already located in Berlin. Remote work is not possible for this role.
