Application Engineer (m / w / d)

SHINING 3D, founded in 2004, has over 20 years of experience in the research, development, production, and application of high-precision digital 3D products. We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring a Dental Application Engineer (m / f / d) to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate customer application requirements in the UK, Nordics, Czech Republic, and Balkans.
2. Prepare technical documentation for tenders and customer projects, and provide application-specific support and technical advice.
3. Support customers remotely or on-site, including event support and product demonstrations at webinars, roadshows, and trade fairs.
4. Create and implement training programs for customers and internal staff.
5. Assist the sales team by identifying problems and clarifying technical issues within the EMEA region (pre- & post-sales).
6. Perform repairs, maintenance, and servicing of 3D scanners and 3D printers (DLP & LCD).
7. Develop manuals, instructions, and documentation to support sales, customer service, and dealers.
8. Gather and share product feedback and customer insights with the company.

Your Profile:

1. Experience in the dental field.
2. Technologically savvy, with good knowledge of digital tools and some experience with 3D scanners and printers.
3. Excellent customer service attitude.
4. Willingness to travel.
5. Fluent in written and spoken English; Czech or other Balkan languages are a plus.
