Job Description
The Technical Support Consultant is responsible for developing and delivering standardized and defined technical support in the area of Merchandising. As a Technical Support Consultant, you are the implementation partner of our customers and you are helping them to perform optimizations of customer specific processes according to their requirements.
During this phase of the customer relationship, you also provide the necessary technical support to ensure the stability of our solutions.
