Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for an Art Director (d/f/m).
About the Role
As the ideal Art Director (d/f/m), you have completed your studies, apprenticeship, or training in graphic, communication, or media design and possess at least 4-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a large creative agency. You are proficient in current programs such as After Effects, Premiere, and possibly Cinema 4D.
Your Tasks
- Develop looks, performances, concepts, and campaigns for multiple accounts aligning with brand and product goals.
- Create and refine various layouts and presentation templates.
- Independently brief all stakeholders, including photographers, illustrators, and concept developers.
- Supervise, train, and further educate Juniors and Interns.
- Oversee project management and resource planning.
What You Bring
- Excellent knowledge of customers, products, and brands.
- Strong integrated creative ability.
- Ability to develop and critique ideas collaboratively.
- Deep understanding of traditional and new media interactions.
- Experience with photo shoots, social productions, and initial film shoots.
- Confident in handling partners and service providers.
- Stylistic versatility and a keen eye for visual variety.
- Fluent presentation skills in German and English.
- Skills in composing, animation, and editing with diverse visual styles.
- Knowledge of creative prompting techniques.
- Preference for working in our hybrid culture, with a desire to spend time in the office with your team.
