Your Tasks

• Install our systems and products, perform commissioning and maintenance, analyze and troubleshoot issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Train customers’ staff on our products to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide customer support independently in case of malfunctions or spare parts questions.

What You Bring

• Vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, electromechanics, or a similar field
• Several years of professional experience in service (preferred)
• Class B driver’s license
• PC skills in hardware and software
• Good command of German
• Willingness to travel
• Customer and service-oriented mindset
