We are looking for a Project Manager Product Development (f/m/d) to manage PEP, PMP, OCP projects or agile/SAFe projects from initiation to project closure, ensuring the delivery of the offer to satisfy the business case in accordance with the committed goals: customer satisfaction & quality, time to market, product & project costs.

Your IMPACT:

1. Lead, coordinate, and challenge cross-functional actions of LOB and GSC, and report project status, including cost, timing, quality, and staffing.
2. Manage PEP, PMP, or agile/SAFe projects.
3. Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO).
4. Use methodologies like Lean, Agile, or SAFe to facilitate project efficiency and synchronization.
5. Translate objectives into operational action plans, organize and schedule the project with identified resources.
6. Drive the project team to find the best solutions for mastering customer needs, business, time, quality, budget, and cost.
7. Assess and manage project risks, propose alternatives, contain consequences, and focus on priorities.
8. Write and present clear, concise project reports for visibility and quick decision-making.

Your Profile:

• A degree (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) in industrial engineering or comparable.
• Proven experience in project management.
• General business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and schedules.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills to positively influence and convince.
• Good knowledge of PMP, Agile, and Hybrid working modes.
• Ability to structure work and simplify complex situations for pragmatic solutions.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
