(Senior) Demand and Supply Manager (m / f / o)

Currently we are looking for a (Senior) Demand and Supply Manager(m / f / o) to strengthen our growing team.

CHANCES AND PERSPECTIVES :

• Develop and summarize forecasts of expected demand using historical data, statistical techniques, sales trends, business plans, service forecasts, sales forecasts, and customer forecast
• Contribute to Demand and Supply Reviews as part of the S&OP process
• Create and maintain partnership and business relationship with the stakeholders, internal and external production sites, customers, focusing on excellent and proactive communication, transparency and pro-active and tactical problem-solving
• Responsible for what-if simulations and analyses in the area of demand and inventory management
• Manage obsolescence process : evaluation of stocks with a short shelf life and blocked supplies, analysis of the reasons for provisions and destruction, anticipation of action plans to avoid defeat
• Manage and resolve supply plan exceptions with demand and production planning that matches demand with supply weekly
• Handle logistical aspects : Alignment with the warehouse, systemic checks and adjustments, coordination of deliveries
• Initiate and Manage Repacking Activities to secure product availability
• Contribute to the improvement of Zentiva's profit and loss statement by optimizing SC processes in the areas of forecasting, transport, distribution, complaints, and returns
• Create and maintain product master data in SAP

PERSONALITY AND COMMITMENT :

• Successfully completed academic studies focusing on Supply Chain Management or a comparable course
• Ideally - experienced working within a pharmaceutical / biotech or highly regulated environment
• Demonstrates a high level of drive, energy and passion for optimal business results
• Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Act priority-oriented and can work precisely under pressure and to deadlines even under time constraints
• Fluency in German and English, other languages are welcome
