Consult & advise internal colleagues to map and improve their working processes, then translate the complex workflows into Boo script in Dennemeyer’s IP Management Software DIAMS iQ to create automated workflows.

Maintain and configure DIAMS iQ, including the automated workflows, user creation, ensuring data consistency, etc.

Provide user support & training in verbal and written form to international offices for new and advanced users, including developing training concepts and documentation.

Take over project responsibility, analyze existing processes, discover process & cost optimization potential, and promote digitalization to enhance efficiency.

Report and follow up on DIAMS iQ bugs and/or change/improvement requests with Software Solutions teams.

You have

A degree as a certified Patent Attorney Assistant (Paralegal) or equivalent with 3+ years of professional experience.

Preferably experience with multiple IP Management Software

Preferably basic programming / scripting knowledge or at least analytical skills and technical understanding / affinity or motivation to learn new skills in this area.

Structured work approach and enjoyment in working independently.

Preferably experience in drafting and executing trainings

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, along with intercultural communication competencies.
