What to Expect
As a corporate specialist, you will work together with regional directors to expand and ensure the success of the field organization. Your exciting tasks include:
- Taking responsibility for the commercial property business in your area, managing segments such as motor vehicle, multi-products, technical insurance/transport, group accident, and corporate legal protection.
- Analyzing the regional market and existing customer base to identify new business opportunities and initiate targeted measures.
- Supporting full-time agents through training and targeted assistance to expand their technical and sales knowledge in commercial property business.
- Using your expertise to develop sales strategies and support agents during on-site sales conversations.
- Collaborating with underwriting and support teams to develop tailored solutions, serving as a point of contact.
- Ensuring continuous development of agents through presentations, training, and visits.
What You Bring
Are you a team player who works closely with various departments and partners to achieve common goals? If so, apply now if you also possess the following qualifications:
- Completed training in insurance or a similar qualification.
- Several years of experience in insurance field sales.
- Strong communication and didactic skills to explain complex technical content clearly.
- Analytical thinking and a goal-oriented work approach to effectively plan and implement business development measures.
- Initiative and a high sense of responsibility, making you a reliable contact for agencies and managers.

IDD relevance: IDD applies as a sales guideline to all involved in sales, not just full- or part-time agents. A signed declaration regarding reliability and financial standing according to §48 VAG, along with proof of initial qualification, is required.
