What you'll do

As a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner (f/m/d) in the newly established P&C Business Partnering Team for Go-to-Market Customer Success, you will be a strategic partner to executives, senior managers, and leadership teams. Your role involves acting as a trusted advisor and strategic sparring partner, providing consulting, insights, and guidance on all relevant P&C topics.

  • Provide strategic consulting to the Senior Leadership Team with operational excellence to support SAP’s transformation.
  • Drive SAP’s People Agenda priorities and ensure their execution within the Business Area, influencing scalable solutions across P&C services and practices such as Total Rewards, Talent Discovery, Diversity & Inclusion.
  • Translate business needs into P&C initiatives and support organizational change and cultural transformation.
  • Support the development and implementation of global HR programs and products across all P&C areas.

What you bring

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in People & Culture/HR Business Partner roles, preferably in a matrixed and international environment.
  • Good understanding of SAP’s strategy, business model, and organizational structure.
  • Strong consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management experience, especially in transformational initiatives.
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Experience in data analysis to support HR decision-making.
  • Experience in driving change initiatives with significant business impact is advantageous.
  • Strong influencing skills and stakeholder relationship-building ability.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • High integrity and confidentiality handling sensitive data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (verbal and written).
