The role is for a German-speaking Enterprise Sales Development Representative focusing on the DACH market, fully remote within Germany.
Fluency in spoken and written German at a professional business level is required.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an SDR, with experience using Salesforce and GTM tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
The package offers €100,000 + excellent benefits, with a 65/35% split, resulting in a €65,000 base salary and €100,000 OTE in Year 1.
This role involves intelligent, consultative outreach, targeting an average of 8 SQLs per month. The current team exceeds these targets. Experience with BANT or MEDDIC methodologies is advantageous.
This position may suit an SDR with 18 months of experience seeking a rapid career progression to an AE role within 18-24 months, or a seasoned SDR looking for a compelling opportunity to earn €100k+.
