Join Our Sales Team at iPoint: Drive Success with Cutting-Edge SaaS Solutions

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? At iPoint, we're looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help drive business growth by providing innovative solutions to global customers.

Location: Ideally based in Reutlingen or Munich. We offer a remote work option with willingness to travel to our headquarters and customers as needed.

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience: We are looking for someone with a successful track record in sales. Experience in SaaS sales or selling enterprise software is a big plus.
  • Master of Multi-Stakeholder Sales: Skilled in navigating complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders across departments, comfortable with complex budgeting and managing various moving parts.
  • Pitching to the C-Level: Confident in presenting and pitching solutions to executives and decision-makers, capable of driving high-level discussions.
  • End-to-End Sales Expertise: Experienced in managing the entire sales cycle using frameworks like MEDDIC and closing deals, ready to take full ownership of your sales pipeline.
  • Creating Value and Justifying Costs: Proficient in building compelling value propositions and effectively justifying costs to clients, highlighting ROI.
  • Exceptional Outbound Prospecting: Strong in outbound sales, thriving on finding and nurturing new leads.
  • Deep Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience with material compliance, product sustainability, and industries like automotive, electronics, or manufacturing.
  • Fluent in German and English: Able to communicate effortlessly in both languages at a business level for international client interactions.

  • Prospect and Win New Business: Identify and pursue new clients, understand their challenges, and present tailored iPoint solutions.
  • Lead the Full Sales Cycle: Own the sales process from lead generation to closing, focusing on large deals and efficient cycles.
  • Accurate Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Use MEDDIC methodology to forecast opportunities reliably and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leverage iPoint's Ecosystem: Utilize our ecosystem to maximize client value and showcase our full solution portfolio.
  • Achieve and Exceed Targets: Consistently meet or surpass sales goals with a proactive approach.
  • Manage Long-Term Client Partnerships: Foster lasting relationships across all levels for sustained business success.
  • Accurate CRM Management: Maintain precise forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting within our CRM system.
