Fuelling your morning with a cup of coffee ️ sets the tone for a day that will include:
Strategise new ways to expand our marketing presence in the DACH region, refining audience segmentation and campaign direction
Use your campaign experience and performance insights to identify growth opportunities and continuously optimise performance.
Monitor and evaluate integrated campaigns using analytics and real-time insights; recommend optimisations and tweak tactics as needed across channels.
Deliver in-depth campaign reports on partner activations, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis.
What You Bring:
Native-level German + Fluent English – You're confident communicating across borders.
Proven digital campaign chops – experience in similar roles, ideally in a fast-paced, B2B or tech-focused environment.
Data-savviness – Google Analytics, Excel, and ideally Power BI Dashboards.
Strong regional knowledge – You understand the DACH market and how to resonate with its audiences.
Collaboration mindset – You thrive working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Results-driven focus – You're all about ROI, lead generation, and measurable wins.
