Position Details

We are looking for you to join us at the earliest possible date as an
IT-Systemadministrator:in (w/m/d) Exchange / Windows Print Service.
The position is classified as A 11 LBesG NRW or up to EG 11 TVöD VKA.
This is a permanent full-time position (41 or 39 hours/week), with part-time options available.
Salary depends on qualification and professional experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure the operation of the Exchange infrastructure based on current Exchange on-premises services.
  • Administer and develop the Exchange environment - Exchange Online / Exchange SE.
  • Set up and ensure email flow to third-party systems.
  • Support Windows Print Services with steadyPRINT.
  • Incident, performance, and problem management, as well as proactive system management and monitoring.
  • Plan and execute individual IT projects.

Qualifications

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in administering Exchange services.
  • Interest in security within Exchange environments.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell.
  • Initial experience in operating Windows Print Services.
  • The willingness to learn new topics.

Additionally, you should have:

  • A completed university degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
  • Or relevant professional experience, such as an entry-level or career changer with a willingness to develop professionally.
  • Or a completed vocational training, e.g., as an IT specialist, IT systems electronics technician, or similar.
