We are currently seeking a Business Analyst Kalkulation (m/w/d) for our Sales Planning and Profitability Determination department, with locations in Münster, Hannover, or Frankfurt. Your role will focus on the calculation of customer transactions, contributing to the long-term success of Sparkassen in the market. You will particularly oversee the post-calculation process, acting as a bridge between customers, committees, and IT.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical contact for customers and partners regarding post-calculation questions
- Link questions related to pre-calculation of transactions
- Participate in developing and implementing strategies for calculation procedures
- Take responsibility in studies and projects, evaluate new requirements, and track market trends to derive actions for our projects
- Contribute to strategic development in working groups, support customer events, and represent applications at workshops and industry events
- Create comprehensive user-oriented information and collaborate on cross-departmental tasks related to calculation
- Provide technical advice, maintenance, and 2nd level support
Profile:
- Degree in Economics or banking training with business administration further qualification, or comparable qualification
- At least two years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with high IT affinity
- Knowledge of customer transaction calculation processes and understanding of banking-related topics
- Excellent communication skills in German, friendly, and professional in customer and team interactions
- Creativity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to continue education
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our locations and clients
