We're Hiring: Finance Manager – Manufacturing Site | Germany | Full-time

Take the lead as Finance Manager in a newly acquired manufacturing site in Germany. You'll be at the heart of integration, transformation, and financial restructuring, shaping the financial future of the organization.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset, who thrives in dynamic, change-driven environments and is eager to build financial excellence from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, develop and mentor a medium-sized finance team of Accountants and Controllers aligned with company goals, reporting to CFO
• Ensure effective financial operations at the German manufacturing plant
• Drive integration, process harmonization, and ERP implementation
• Ensure compliance in cooperation with tax advisors and external partners
• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and risk management

What You Bring:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Senior finance leadership experience in an international manufacturing setting
• Big Four background and proven success in M&A or restructuring projects
• Strong ERP experience and project management skills
• Fluent in German C2 and English C1
• Key role in a business transformation story
• Freedom to build and optimize processes from scratch
