Are you interested in managing significant high-tech construction projects in future-oriented sectors such as data center industry? Then you've come to the right place! As a Construction Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the smooth execution of complex Data Center projects. This role is based in Vienna.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Construction management of Data Center projects with focus on CSA (Civil, Structure, Architecture)
- Ensuring that construction projects are carried according to schedule and a high level of quality
- Meetings and correspondence with subcontractors and technical contact for our customers
- Responsibility for coordinating construction participants and subcontractors, as well as leading the construction site team
- Schedule planning and monitoring construction progress
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
- Conducting site inspections and acceptance inspections
- Recording defects and tracking defect resolution progress
- Measurement creation and billing for construction projects
Show your expertises
- Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification), or a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering, environmental engingeering, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in construction management
- Good knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards
- Intercultural competence, team spirit and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in German and English
