Bruker Microbiology & Infection Diagnostics (BMID) provides advanced solutions for the rapid identification and analysis of microorganisms, supporting clinical microbiologists as well as those in industrial and applied microbiology. Their technologies address the increasing diversity and complexity of microorganisms infecting humans and animals. Recently, they expanded into Molecular Diagnostics and other solutions through acquisitions, including ElitechGroup, completed in May 2024.

We are currently seeking a full-time Operational Product Manager (m/f/d) for our office in Bremen, to join the BMID division.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Product Management team with daily tasks, support development of product management skills under the guidance of Senior PMs, and implement product strategies.
  • Maintain product roadmaps, track performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Generate part numbers, coordinate with MasterData and ComExc, and maintain sales texts and technical documentation.
  • Support product launches, create marketing collateral, and manage inventory and product updates.
  • Address customer and sales inquiries, gather feedback, and relay insights to improve product outcomes.
  • Continuously learn and contribute to process optimization and efficiency in product operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields; Master's degree is a plus, or relevant experience in product or project management roles.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and product strategy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana), and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation and IVD regulatory considerations is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work proactively.
  • Fluency in German and English is preferred.
