For our location in Aachen, we are looking for an:

Field Service (m/f/d) - Membrane Filtration Systems

Your Responsibilities

• Commissioning of experimental and industrial membrane filtration systems at customer sites
• Training and instruction of our customers on-site
• Performing inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and providing technical advice both on-site and remotely via phone, email, and online
• Maintenance and repair of test systems from our rental pool at Aachen
• Conducting filtration tests at Aachen or at customer sites
• Creating documentation, service and visit reports, maintenance and test protocols at Aachen

Requirements

• Technical training, ideally as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electrical engineer, or similar
• Experience as a technician, service technician, or field service engineer, preferably with industrial systems and initial experience in commissioning process equipment
• Knowledge of control systems, switchgear, and Siemens PLCs
• Experience with membrane filtration systems is a plus
• Strong customer and team orientation, resilient personality
• Independent and responsible working style, enjoyment of teamwork across borders
• Willingness to travel within Europe and neighboring regions
• Good German and English skills, additional European languages (French, Spanish, Italian) are advantageous
• Driving license class B
