Your Role

As a Marketing CRM Manager, you will own the content strategy and production for Solaris' credit card business. Your key responsibilities include:

Managing customer communication and marketing/sales activities across all lifecycle touchpoints

Overseeing marketing materials for online and offline sales channels, ensuring brand and communication consistency

Setting up marketing campaigns, monitoring their performance, testing, and suggesting improvements

Developing content for campaigns and customer communications, and aligning with internal and external stakeholders

Briefing different offline channels and supporting the planning of campaigns and events to ensure effective execution

We'd Love to See

Relevant experience in campaign management, marketing, and/or customer communication

Experience with CMS, campaign tools, and other CRM platforms; experience with Braze is a plus

Strong communication skills; experience with copywriting is a big plus

Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data

Ability to brief and steer external creative agencies

A highly effective communicator with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders

Well-developed organisational and analytical skills

Excellent German and English language skills
