Amazon is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join its Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) Team for the German Marketplace. Possible office locations include Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg.

Our customers can choose from over 100 million distinct products, a vast selection made possible by numerous entrepreneurial third-party businesses on the Amazon Marketplace. The DE Marketplace team collaborates with Sellers to help grow their businesses on Amazon, ensuring the best customer experience for Amazon.de customers.

Amazon is looking for bright and ambitious individuals to build their careers within its Marketplace teams, specifically within the FBA team. You will join as a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) responsible for driving business growth and maximizing revenue within these strategic programs, as well as implementing customer experience initiatives by working with product and operations teams.

Your responsibilities will include onboarding and developing the largest and most promising Selling Partners onto FBA and its innovative programs, with a focus on high average selling prices. You will also lead various fast-paced projects and initiatives across organization and regions, enhancing the experience for both sellers and customers.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Manage a portfolio of large, high-potential Selling Partners; assist with their setup and educate them on Amazon’s services and tools to optimize their business.
  2. Develop and report on key performance indicators for your portfolio, analyzing root causes to identify performance improvements.
  3. Utilize the “Voice of the Seller” to identify opportunities for product, process, system, and tool enhancements to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  4. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment, demonstrating self-motivation, target orientation, autonomy, and full accountability for achieving quarterly account management goals.

Grundqualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Passion for creating engaging customer experiences and translating client needs into business and product requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level
  • Experience with databases, SQL, and CRM tools is advantageous but not essential
