Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manager/Recruitment Consaltant

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Avaloq and fluent in both German (C1 or native) and English. We want to hear from you!

Location: Switzerland or Remote (from anywhere in the EU)

Experience Required: 8+ years

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, quality, time, and budget
• Develop project plans, risk management strategies, and contingency plans
• Manage stakeholder communications and governance reporting
• Direct medium-sized teams and coordinate internal/external project partners
• Ensure compliance with defined project management methodologies
• Strong experience with Avaloq Banking Suite
• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects
• Fluent German (C1 or native) and English (mandatory)
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus
