Within the Commercial Excellence team at B. Braun SE, we are seeking to appoint a Senior Global Pricing Manager (f/m/d) for the Melsungen and Tuttlingen sites at the earliest opportunity.

As Senior Global Pricing Manager (f/m/d), you play a key role in driving commercial excellence by implementing innovative pricing strategies that optimize profitability and growth across the organization. You are responsible for supporting regional and national pricing by leveraging data-based insights, tools, and market trends to achieve strategic pricing objectives. Your role contributes to the digital transformation of pricing processes and promotes value-based pricing strategies. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product management to ensure a holistic pricing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Guide a team developing global pricing strategies, including value-based pricing models, price-volume strategies, strategic floor prices, and strategic list prices.
  2. Implement a price optimization program in regional and national organizations to ensure consistency and harmonized alignment across markets and achieve our price effect targets.
  3. Strategically deploy price analytics tools to monitor and report on price performance, identify optimization opportunities, and maintain pricing reports and platforms.
  4. Establish and execute value-based pricing strategies for product and service offerings.
  5. Foster close communication with stakeholders such as global marketing & sales programs, regional sales, marketing, consultants, and divisional pricing teams. Provide training on market conditions, pricing tools, and methodologies.
  6. Monitor the achievement of pricing measures at regional and local levels to ensure the annual price effect targets are met.
  7. Hold a master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
  8. Possess several years of professional experience in marketing, sales, pricing, or a similar field.
  9. Have relevant experience in project and change management.
  10. Be proficient in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  11. Be confident, articulate, trustworthy, and reliable.
