Responsibilities

• Team Support: Oversee the Customer Service team and assist staff with daily tasks.
• Process Improvement: Ensure smooth workflow in customer service and optimize processes as needed.
• Customer Care: Handle customer inquiries and issues, providing prompt solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor key metrics like customer satisfaction and response times, working to improve them.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, logistics, and product management to deliver excellent service.
