Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement artificial intelligence strategies to support operations such as manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics.
• Evaluate potential business value to ensure the strategy's effectiveness.
• Research and adapt analytical models based on data for feasibility studies, proof of concepts, or scalable analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Identify AI trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Provide guidance and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations.
• Establish and maintain data governance policies.
• Lead projects related to innovation and data-driven initiatives.
• Develop training programs on data processes and best practices for internal teams.
• Build relationships with key vendors to ensure effective collaboration.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Business IT, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Advanced Analytics, or IT Architecture.
• Extensive professional experience in IT & Data Analytics.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of AI technologies and data architectures.
• Experience with project management and agile frameworks.
• Industry knowledge in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics is advantageous.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Analytical, conceptual, and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with a creative drive.
