We are now looking for a Sales Support Manager (m/w/d).

In this position, you will report to the Area Sales Director of Central & Southern Europe and will be an integral member of our Sales Team. Our team, with their winning edge and passion for driving revenue and growth, strives to deliver a hospitality experience that exceeds expectations—creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the smooth running of the sales department, delivering all aspects of the hotel’s proactive sales initiatives to maximize total revenue.
  • Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to guest inquiries and resolving problems.
  • Assumes responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring all work is completed promptly and professionally.
  • Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives & targets.
  • Collaborates with immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory, and to attain productivity and performance levels.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
  • Manages projects for major fairs in the Central & Southern Europe Area, such as IMEX and ITB.
  • Ensures compliance with legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities for internal and external audits, with follow-up as needed.

Competencies & Skills Requirements:

  • Experience in sales is beneficial but not essential.
  • Hands-on approach with a proactive work style.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties.
  • Personal integrity and a drive for excellence.
  • Experience working with various IT systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Outstanding analytical skills.
