With your expertise in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), you will drive the quality processes and standards at our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth. You coordinate, check and ensure that everything runs smoothly — from First Article Inspection (FAI) to close cooperation with engineering teams. Job description

Tasks

  • Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) - Implementation of APQP elements such as Control Plan, Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (P-FMEA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Project Management - Representation of the entire quality area within projects and planning of quality activities
  • First Article Inspection (FAI) - Planning, coordination and execution of tasks within the scope of First Article Inspection (e.g. kick-off, action follow-up)
  • Inspection Planning - Planning, coordination and follow-up of inspection planning tasks, creation of complex inspection instruction documents
  • Interface Engineering - Link between Manufacturing Engineering and Design Engineering
  • Multi-Functional Team (MFT) - Participation in MFT rounds and representation of quality concerns

Requirements

  • Completed studies in engineering, technical field, composite materials / composites or quality management
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing / production in the field of plastics and rubber technology as well as in quality management (preferably in First Article Inspection)
  • Experience in handling composite materials
  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP, preferably also with G-Suite
  • Business fluent German (min. C1) and proficient in English (min. B2)
  • Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU mandatory
