Based in Düsseldorf, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, München, or Frankfurt/Main, you will support clients in all challenges related to the CFO agenda within our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS). Your focus will be on digitalizing financial processes. You will work in teams combining accounting expertise with IT and process skills. Your tasks include:

• Consulting clients on national and international projects in 'Smart Closing & Reporting' using technologies like BlackLine, RPA, Process Mining, and ERP systems such as SAP
• Leading projects, coordinating multiple consulting assignments, and motivating your team
• Analyzing business processes and functions, providing recommendations, and implementing proven solutions
• Developing and implementing concepts for company control, planning, and executing measures to optimize financial and accounting performance, including data, process, system, technology, and organizational analyses
• Fostering the professional and personal development of your team members

Qualifications – Skills to shape the future
Minimum five years of experience in consulting or industry, with a degree in business administration, business informatics, or industrial engineering. Knowledge in re-engineering financial and service processes, and practical experience with IT solutions like SAP FI/CO, BlackLine, RPA. An empathetic personality with clear goals, entrepreneurial mindset, and a hands-on attitude. Excellent communication skills in German and English. Some leadership experience and willingness to travel.
