Role
As the Market Strategy & Performance Lead for Reactivations, you will play a key leadership role within our Reactivations team, driving marketing strategies that strengthen customer reactivation efforts across all international markets for our Meal Kit and Ready-to-Heat (RTH) brands. Based in our Berlin headquarters, you will collaborate closely with International Market CMOs, Growth Directors, Reactivations Managers, Campaign Management, Product Marketing, Finance, and more.
This role involves developing the marketing reactivations strategy for all 16 international markets, including budget planning, performance management, and scaling best practices. You will focus on creating localized messaging opportunities within product and CRM, aiming to increase reactivation rates and improve brand perception among former customers. You will also oversee performance metrics, forecasts, and budgets, setting targets with local CMOs and monitoring conversions, costs, and ROI.

What you’ll do
- Budget Forecast and Performance Management: Manage reactivation budgets across markets, monitor daily performance, and leverage data analysis for improvements.
- Local Market Strategy and Alignment: Develop annual marketing plans, align strategies with business goals, and coordinate efforts across central and local teams.
- Process and Systems Development: Create scalable processes for collaboration, localize campaigns, and implement systems to inform product development and marketing strategies.
What you’ll bring
- Degree in marketing, business, or STEM-related field
- 5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in tech scale-ups, consulting, or e-commerce
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business skills
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, preferably in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing
- Interpersonal skills to influence and motivate across functions
- Experience building scalable systems and processes
- Ownership mentality and results-driven approach
- Experience with experimentation and testing (preferred)
