Job Description :

  • Be responsible for the development of regional sales channels in the DACH region, focusing on EV charging infrastructure and AC / DC charging solutions. Maintain existing distributors, enhance channel relations, and drive business expansion.
  • Establish and maintain strategic marketing networks, identify and engage high-potential stakeholders, including charging infrastructure operators, utilities, OEMs, fleet operators, commercial property developers, and retail chains, to accelerate market penetration.
  • Work closely with distributors and regional managers to execute marketing plans and sales promotion activities, ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets.
  • Continuously monitor the EV charging aftermarket, conduct competitor analysis, track industry trends, and provide timely feedback and strategic insights to the team lead to identify new opportunities.

What You’ll Need :

  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the EV charging industry within the DACH region, with a proven track record in distribution management and business development.
  • Strong network and established relationships with key stakeholders in the e-mobility ecosystem, including charging service providers, utilities, OEMs, fleet operators, commercial real estate developers, and retailers of EV charging solutions.
  • A technical education background and in-depth knowledge of AC / DC charging technology, load management, and smart charging solutions are strong advantages.
  • Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing. Proficiency in German is highly preferred; other European languages are a plus.
  • A strategic thinker with strong skills in market planning, consumer insights, and business presentations.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and resilient, with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to multicultural business environments.
