About the team

Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles ‘last mile’ delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver millions of products to our customers. Our goal is to make the delivery experience as smooth as possible and to roll out global delivery solutions for concepts like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants.

Our operations are divided into two sides: ‘under the roof’ associates, who process millions of products for dispatch, and ‘on the road’ personnel working with Amazon Flex, a network of delivery contractors. We focus on innovation to improve customer experience, reduce our carbon footprint with electric vehicles, and leverage cutting-edge technology.

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Advanced proficiency in German language, both written and verbal (C1 CEFR).
  • Relevant experience with data analytics and using metrics to identify issues.
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.
