YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Development and technical management of a small IT service team (start with: 3 - 4 people)
• Responsibility for operational IT support (first and second level)
• Technical support for first and second level
• Responsibility for asset, contract and license management
• Implementation and introduction of processes
• Maintenance and further development of service processes according to COBIT and ITIL 4 as well as continuous improvement of service quality
• Management and administration of the Microsoft environment (Windows 11, Microsoft 365)
• Review and approval of IT licenses and contracts
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training or studies in the field of IT
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable management role
• Sound technical understanding and practical experience in IT support
• Confident handling of Microsoft technologies (Windows 11, Microsoft 365)
• Sound knowledge of ITIL (certification desirable) and experience in the structured development of IT service processes
• High level of organizational skills, initiative and strong communication skills
• Strong customer orientation and service-oriented thinking
• Very good written and spoken German, good English skills
