Role: Project Planner

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Planner to support the scheduling and planning efforts for a major turnkey HVDC construction project based in Erlangen or Fedderwarden, Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact energy infrastructure initiative with a leading project team.

• Manage and execute scheduling during the construction site phase of the HVDC project
• Coordinate schedules between internal project teams, clients, and construction partners
• Continuously review and update schedules to reflect changing project parameters
• Provide proactive feedback and status updates regarding construction timelines
• Collaborate with the overall project scheduler to adjust and optimize timelines using best practices
• Generate key internal reports (e.g., deviation analyses, MTAs, S-functions, change and critical path reports)
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction, or a related field – or equivalent experience in project management
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in project execution, ideally within large-scale infrastructure projects
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential
• Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies (e.g. critical path analysis, network planning, S-curves)
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is desirable
• Work on a cutting-edge energy infrastructure project
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a high-impact environment
• Long-term contract with potential for extension
