We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). Our organization comprises more than 4,600 colleagues, including approximately 500 virtual FTEs (bots used in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota, and Budapest. You will have the opportunity to interact with people from all over the world and be part of a truly international organization.

This role offers the chance to deliver top-tier service supporting our DGFF regions and countries globally. Responsibilities include training to manage activities such as uploading buying/selling rates, handling sales master data, maintaining TMS data objects, and conducting denied party screening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations and contracts, including rate proposals and proposal writing.
  • Support customer contact by preparing customer documents.
  • Assist in customer planning and implementation processes.
  • Provide customer information to support lead identification and qualification.
  • Analyze Sales Index data.
  • Prepare business reviews.
  • Generate sales reports, including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, pipeline size, etc., by customers.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree; a degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or management is an advantage. Undergraduate degrees are acceptable (only for GSC MNL & BOG).
  • 0–3 years of experience in BPO or logistics domains (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exposure to Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with good logical reasoning skills.
  • High level of customer centricity.
