As part of our Customer Experience team, you will shape the future of digital interaction. Create customer experiences that delight clients and transform how they connect with their target audience. Be part of an exceptional team for at least 10 weeks and support us as a consulting intern.

Start date: earliest January 2026.

Your responsibilities

• Inspire clients with innovative approaches to Customer Experience and drive go-to-market strategies across various business areas.
• Participate in customer surveys, analyze feedback, and identify critical touchpoints and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external business and design experts worldwide, utilizing your intercultural skills.
• Work directly with international companies to advise on marketing, sales, pricing, and digital strategies.
• Learn and apply qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continuously improve customer experiences.
• Assist consultants in analyzing and enhancing existing digital solutions to develop recommendations for clients.

Your profile

• Excellent academic performance in a senior undergraduate or master's program in IT, mathematics, natural sciences, design, or economics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information and extract insights.
• Knowledge in areas like Customer Experience Management, Digital Marketing, Behavioral Science, Customer Journey Analysis, or Customer Contact Strategies.
• Relevant market research experience from study design, data collection, to analysis.
• Ideally, some experience in implementing and measuring CX at relevant touchpoints.
• Good presentation and communication skills in German and English.
• Passion for new technologies and platforms, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
