You will contribute with relevant system knowledge to identify improvement opportunities, define their scope, and set the measurement framework (Definition & Measurement phases).
You will contribute to analysis and improvement phases by identifying root causes of issues and system and configuration-based solutions to these root causes.
Together with the Process Excellence Champions, you will coordinate the implementation of improvement activities. This includes delivering changes in system configuration, master data, mapping, user roles, etc. You will conduct tests for Go-Live and train & support delivery teams on technical issues during the Go-Live and stabilization phases.
In collaboration with the process consultant, you will participate in transformation projects that significantly impact future To-Be processes.
You will participate in immediate issue-fixing and improvement activities organized by BPM-CIP champions, providing technical fixes where applicable.
You will provide technical expertise for process performance monitoring, including activities such as Process Mining.
