Asssistenz (w / m / d) for Sales Manager

Have you gained initial experience in office management and/or assistance and would like to develop your skills in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to support one of our Sales Managers in the sometimes turbulent day-to-day business. From travel planning to customer care at dealer events, you will be at the Sales Manager's side and be the point of contact for customers and interested parties.

Here are some of the tasks you will be expected to fulfil in this newly created position:

• Supporting the Sales Manager in day-to-day business
• Coordination of travel routes and appointments
• Telephone, written and personal customer communication in an international environment
• Customer support at events and on-site events
• Interface with other company divisions at home and abroad
• Supporting the internal sales team in the event of holiday or illness

Your profile

What you bring to the table:

• Organisation: You find your way around even in a turbulent environment and can organise yourself well
• Interpersonal skills: You like to communicate with daily changing contact persons, have a confident manner and can share your enthusiasm
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and English - written and verbal.
• Commercial knowledge: You have commercial training and/or initial relevant work experience
• Technical interest: You are willing to familiarise yourself with our products and gain technical know-how.
• Flexibility and solution-orientation: You are open to change, respond flexibly to new challenges and find creative solutions.
