Strategy Manager

Our client is a leading European real estate and facility services provider based near Frankfurt, owned by a prestigious and pre-eminent private equity firm.

With over 40,000 employees in more than 30 countries, we operate, manage, expand, and equip real estate in all asset classes, operate and maintain plants, and assist customers in a whole host of industries with production and secondary processes.

Your Role as a Strategy Manager:

• Drive Strategic Projects: Lead high-impact initiatives, addressing cross-functional challenges and unlocking potential improvements across the business.
• Lead Teams to Transform Operations: Guide internal teams to design, test, and implement powerful, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency.
• Develop Performance Insights: Perform advanced analysis, establish KPIs, and validate insights that steer strategic decisions.
• Empower Change and Growth: Design workshops, facilitate leadership meetings, and drive skill-building programs to shape a forward-looking, high-performance culture.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, or in-house consulting.
• Degree in a STEM-related subject (business management, economics, finance, etc).
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proven experience in project or workstream management.
• Moderation and presentation skills as well as very good communication and assertiveness across all hierarchical levels.
• Confident in using all MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
