Your tasks - what awaits you
- Customer-specific consulting and support: You will advise and support our customers in the public sector in the redesign and optimization of their HR processes with SAP solutions. As a competent contact person, you will always be in close contact with the specialist departments.
- Hands-on customizing: You convert customer requirements into concrete SAP solutions and carry out customizing for the various SAP HCM modules (such as PA, PY, PT, OM, VADM).
- Planning and designing hybrid SAP landscapes: You conceptualize and design the architecture of hybrid SAP HCM system landscapes, including the integration of SAP SuccessFactors and prepare the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
- Roadmap and migration consulting: You advise our customers in all phases of the migration to SAP HCM for S/4HANA and support them in the strategic planning and implementation of their HR roadmap.
- Responsibility in projects: You will take responsibility in a variety of exciting and challenging projects and work with a motivated team to deliver innovative solutions.
- Sales support: You will support our sales team in customer acquisition and use your technical expertise to convince potential customers of our solutions.
Your skills - what you bring to the table
- Sound SAP experience: You have extensive professional experience in the design and implementation of SAP HCM solutions - especially in the PA, PY, PT, OM or VADM modules.
- Experience in the public sector: You have good knowledge of HR processes in the public sector, especially TVÖD, and ideally have experience with hybrid SAP HR system landscapes.
- Knowledge transfer: You enjoy passing on your knowledge both internally in the team and externally to our customers and conducting training courses.
- Customer orientation and teamwork: Your working style is strongly customer-oriented, you show a willingness to learn and enjoy working in a team to find the best solutions together.
- Strong communication skills: You communicate confidently in German and English and are able to convey complex topics clearly and convincingly - both internally and to our customers.
