What You'll Do

In keeping with the continued growth and maturity of our business, Criteo seeks an experienced sales professional to represent the CommerceGrid platform and develop commercial agreements with media agencies and data curators in Germany. The right candidate will be a strong salesperson and will own outreach efforts with prospects / new clients to scale demand for the global supply-side business.

Serving as the commercial point of contact for agencies in Germany, this role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new engagements, and working with the Agency Team in Germany to support sales growth.

This role requires industry networking, solution, and commercial expertise to deliver high-performing, deeply integrated solutions that meet and exceed client goals.

Sales representatives are expected to lead and manage deal execution from proposal to activation, then hand over to the client services team for ongoing management. Collaboration across EMEA teams is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Be a sales leader targeting new agency partners to drive revenue with CommerceGrid
  • Proactively identify opportunities and respond to requests with creative solutions
  • Utilize industry relationships to drive new business efforts
  • Provide input on market requirements for new products and innovations
  • Represent CommerceGrid at industry summits and networking events
  • Enhance brand positioning through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and trade articles

Who You Are

  • Significant experience selling advertising and/or technology solutions to media agencies
  • Experience with Programmatic Advertising Technologies (Ad Exchanges, Deal IDs, RTB, DSPs, DMPs, SSPs)
  • Strong network within programmatic teams in media agencies
  • Proven ability to develop solutions and support business cases
  • Effective leadership and coordination skills throughout the client acquisition cycle
  • Industry knowledge of online media trading, ad tech solutions, and business models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Passion for learning new technologies
  • Fluent in German and English
