English Speaking Field Service Engineer (Poland, Slovakia and Czech Republic)

A global Japanese manufacturer specialized in robotics, spot welding, and welding automation is looking for an English-speaking Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) either in Poland, Slovakia, or the Czech Republic.

Providing turnkey automation solutions is their specialty.

This role is hired by a German entity, but the position holder will be based in one of the specified countries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Installation of the company's products
2. Troubleshooting
3. After-sales maintenance
4. Building good relationships with clients
5. Frequent business trips to countries in Central Europe

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. At least 3 years of experience in relevant responsibilities
2. An engineering background is essential (particularly electronics or mechatronics is an asset)
3. Business fluent in English and proficiency in either Polish, Czech, or another Slavic language
4. Experience in the welding technology industry (welding processes, methods, equipment) is an asset
