Quyntess solutions are delivered on cloud-based platforms, such as Tradeshift. For the next stage of our growth, we plan to increase our impact by enabling more platforms.

What will you do in this role?

Quyntess is looking for a Marketing Specialist to build experience in business to business (B2B) inbound marketing and lead generation with a focus on C and B level decision makers in larger multi-national organizations.

• You will create and execute compelling and scalable inbound campaigns in sharply targeted micro-segments combining AI driven strategies with build in workflows for targeted funnel management.
• You will leverage existing content we have built and will continue to build, design and adapt this with the partners and tools we have selected for this. Our initial results are in a primary stage, and you will improve conversions and bring this to scale.
• You will be working with sales management, product management and marketing management daily.

Key requirements

• An education in marketing or communications at bachelor level or obtained this through experience, preferably in a Business-to-business context, combined with Master level graduation ambitions.
• Some level of experience working in a commercial context
• Excellent campaign management skills with a focus on proactively preparing segmented lists with key target personas and building workflows to manage funnels
• Bias for action and getting projects done successfully
• Preferably experience with Inbound Marketing tools like the ones we use
• Hands-on and goal driven mentality, personal initiative and teamwork skills to cooperate with our dynamic staff
• Fluency in German and English writing and speech is preferred. More languages are always better, especially if it’s Spanish, French or Italian.

Quyntess is headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. In the first 2 weeks, you will work from this office for a minimum of 3 days per week. In the next 2 weeks, you will work from this office for a minimum of 2 days per week. In the subsequent period, you will mainly work from the Quyntess Cologne office, combined with working from your home office.

In addition to on-the-job training and intensive coaching during the initial period, there are ample opportunities for further professional development. This function is performed from Quyntess' head office in the center of Rotterdam. We also have offices in France, Germany and the United States.

Quyntess offers excellent primary and secondary compensation schemes in relation to your skills and experience. The annual salary for this position ranges from 30,000 to 40,000 EUR, depending on your experience and qualifications.
