As a strategic partner in solving business problems, we offer our customers a comprehensive service from a single source, ranging from system infrastructure to commercial systems. Your tasks are to analyze business processes together with our clients and the development team. Based on this, you will implement customized solutions based on the Dynamics 365 Business Central financial system, among others. We are looking to strengthen our team in Cologne to help even more people digitize their ERP processes.

Your Tasks

• Advising B2B customers on ERP and CRM software solutions
• Conducting training sessions on the software
• Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
• Analysis of customer processes
• Conducting software demo appointments for new customers
  
  

Your Profile

• First practical experience in the field of business software (Datev, SAP or similar knowledge is an advantage)
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or similar
• Alternatively, professional experience in a relevant field
• Enjoy independent, well-structured and data-based work
• Team player with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to articulate complex issues simply and summarize effectively.
• Confident with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in German, knowledge of English an advantage.
