Your mission

• Responsible for the technical planning and evolution of the IDE Innovation Laboratory.
• Continuously explore and make breakthroughs in IDE technologies based on corporate requirements, industry development trends, and future-oriented service scenarios and development models, improve developer experience and production efficiency, and support the construction of Huawei's developer ecosystem.
• Integrate the existing programming languages, compilers, and other technologies of Huawei with IDE technology ecosystem to form ecological moat.
• Builds and manages the technical team of the IDE Innovation Laboratory.

Your areas of expertise

• Strong knowledge in Computer Science, including but not limited to Operating System, Compiler, IDE, DevOps tools, etc.
• Deep R&D experiences in one of the following areas: Code Analysis, Cloud Development Tools, AI-assisted Code Completion including AI Pair Programming, Smart Code Search, etc.
• Deep R&D experience with one of the following IDEs: Android Studio, XCode, Eclipse IDE, VSCode, Jetbrains IDEs, etc.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong team awareness and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to withstand work pressure, has the spirit of dedication and research technology, has an international vision.
• Open Source Community committers' experience is preferred.
• Candidates with advanced working experience in high technological posts at first-class colleges and universities or top 500 technology companies are preferred.
