Aufgaben

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual (m/f/d) who is interested in an engineering position in the field of testing, qualification, and characterization of acoustic components. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in the field of consumer electronics and IoT, and develop new applications for intelligent MEMS sensors and actuators.

You Will Be Involved In The Following Activities

  • You are responsible for the technical conception, coordination, and execution of novel electrical and acoustic component characterization.
  • You analyze and assess system-level test results regarding spec compliance, derive insightful data-driven conclusions by modeling, characterization, and validation of our components.
  • You take responsibility to ensure the system-level testing and characterization of the next generation MEMS-based acoustic actuators and sensors.
  • You understand the use cases and the sub-components of consumer electronic MEMS devices, including system, micromechanics, ASIC, packaging, and embedded software.
  • You are part of an international core team of experts, project and product managers, where you define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Profil

  • Personality: High level of interdisciplinary comprehension, customer orientation, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Working Practice: Analytic, structured, and organized.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Fundamental knowledge of component characterization and testing, and measurement systems. Several years of work experience in the field of audio or sensor characterization, and/or measurement systems.
  • Languages: Fluent English (C1) and/or advanced German (B2) language skills.
  • Education: Master or equivalent degree in Microsystems Engineering, Microelectronics, Electronics, or similar. PhD graduates are welcome to apply.
