We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team located in Bad Camberg, Germany.

This role will support all business activities to drive customer satisfaction and focus. Defend, increase sustainably and profitably Tenneco’s market share while enhancing the profitability of the existing business.

He/she will report directly to the Sales Director Braking EMEA, Tenneco Performance Solutions Braking.

What you will do

  1. Define and implement the customer business strategy for the OE/S markets
  2. Realize options for further value creation across OE
  3. Create and deliver the customer 5-year revenue plan
  4. Support benchmark analysis and monitor competitors’ development
  5. Control/manage strategic price negotiations and customer’s conditions
  6. Collaborate with other departments (i.e., engineering, program management, quality, operations, …)

What can make you successful

  1. Proven experience in a complex, international OE organization
  2. Experience in B2B sales in the automotive industry
  3. Track record of driving performance with positive outcomes
  4. High potential with the ability and desire to develop further within the sales organization
  5. Educational degree in engineering or business management
  6. Fluent in English and German
  7. Proficient with Windows Office tools
